The Illinois African American Family Commission has partnered with Chicago State University’s Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to equip business owners with the necessary tools and best business practices to start and grow a business.
IAAFC and SBDC will launch this business development series by hosting a business summit that will bring experts in various business disciplines together to share their knowledge, expertise and resources with individuals seeking to start, sustain or grow their business.  
This event is free of charge and will be held on FRIDAY June 13, 2014 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Chicago State University – 9501 S. King Drive -  in the 4th floor Academic Library on the on campus. Refreshments will be provided. Online registration is required! SPACE IS LIMITED.
