Today, March 21, marks the 75th anniversary of one of the most hideous crimes committed by the U.S. government against the Puerto Rican people. Known as the Ponce Massecre of 1937, it is an event that points to why the struggle against U.S. colonialism is just and why the viciousness of the oppressors is not enough to destroy the determination of the historical quest for Puerto Rico's independence.
Remember the Ponce Massecre!
