Empress and Sheena have been close friends and sisters for almost a decade now, and bring over 30+ years of yoga experience to this retreat. As the resident yoga instructor at Jakes Hotel and founder of Rasta Wellness Centre, Empress Thandi works in and is locally connected to the community here in Treasure Beach. As a holistic yoga practitioner and activist scholar living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Sheena is passionate about sharing how we can use yoga and the chakras to activate the healing our bodies need to be able to care for ourselves and our loved ones.
