A comprehensive benefit package is also part of the competitive employment package. | | REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER(S) Various Regions (Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario & Western Canada) POSITION SUMMARY: Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) We are currently seeking enthusiastic, committed, professional and outgoing individuals to develop business relationships for prospective Chamber members, partners and sponsors across various regions. Business Development & Hub Management The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) will oversee Hub management and Business development in their assigned territory. The RBDM will lead and promote the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce mandate to outreach and engage Black owned Small, Medium Enterprise (SMEs) member companies within the Black Business community. You will also engage and solicit Corporate Canadian firms within your region for sponsorship and partnership opportunities that are aligned with our Business Strategy and Innovation approach in elevating Black Business across Canada. You are expected to spend time in the field meeting with local Black owned firms, partners and sponsors. You will contribute to the overall strategic decisions of the innovation hub and participate on internal committees of the Chamber, and contribute actively to the training, education, and disseminating activities of the Regional Hubs. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for your assigned region and will collaborate with the Program Management team to further strengthen the CBCC programs. You will work with the Project management team to maintain a current and accurate database of partners, create digital assets, information packages that raise awareness of the CBCC to all partners. Qualifications - Post Secondary Education in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development

A comprehensive benefit plan is also part of the competitive employment package. | | The CBCC is seeking an experienced, energetic and collaborative individual who will play a key support role in achieving the CBCC's core mission and serving our amazing membership through the position of Events & Facilities Coordinator As the Events & Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure a smooth workflow of projects and support the development that elevates Black Business. This role is ideal for you if you have prior experience with a wide range of Event planning and coordination The Events & Facilities Coordinator will assist the management team with our Outreach initiatives to corporate, government and community organizations along with coordinating the management of Events and assisting with Communication outreach. You will work with all Regional Business Development Managers to ensure that all Hubs and Chapters are engaged in regional and National events that aim to connect and attract Chamber members and Members of the Black Community to our Chamber services. Qualifications: - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience as event planning and coordinating or in similar role
