Dr. Julius Garvey: Virtual Meeting on the Movement to Exonerate The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, Thursday, Jan. 27

The National Association of Kawaida Organizations (NAKO) in conjunction with the International African Arts Festival (IAAFestival) will hold their first Educational Virtual Zoom Program 2022 entitled:
Dr. Julius Garvey on the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey

Dr. Julius Garvey will discuss efforts to collect 100,000 signatures throughout the month of Febuary to submit to the Biden administration from the Justice 4 Garvey Exoneration Movement

The conversation will also give an update on the efforts to have a statue of Marcus Garvey installed at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on August 17, 2022. August 17 of this year will mark the 135th anniversary of Garvey's birth.
