Harlem's African-American Day Parade Is Back This Year And The

"Freedom Fighters Contingent" Needs Donations To Help Provide 

A Float For Our Elder Warriors Who Are No Longer Able To March!

 

Before the Pandemic when the parade was last held in 2019 we were able to have former 

political prisoner & Elder Baba Sekou Odinga participate and this year if they are able; 

It would be totally awesome if our most senior Elder Warrior and former political prisoner 

Baba Sundiata Acoli at the age of 85 was able to participate and greet the people of Harlem. 

 

We appeal to you once again to help us raise $5000 to fund this year's September 18, 2022

Freedom Fighters Contingent Float to ensure that our Elders can once again participate in

the African American Day Parade in Harlem.
