SPIRIT - MIND - BODY - HOME
This month we will expand in our self-care journey to focus on daily acts of Self Love for our spirit, our mind, our body, and our home.
When we soothe our spirit, we are open to the divine. Spirit speaks to us, it is only when we are still in our lives that we are able to hear and discern.
A calm mind is a tool that we are able to use to work through challenges in life. I've learned that logic, reason, and peace does not exist when our mind is stressed and chaotic.
When we are loving our bodies, we are mindful of our actions and balanced in all that we do to take care of our "temple". Our health IS our wealth.
A decluttered, clean, organized home environment creates calm and is a BIG demonstration of Self-love.
Join us for 15 minutes each morning during the month of August to begin or continue daily acts of Self-Love. On the call we will breathe, pray, listen to a positive affirmation around self-love and hear inspirational I AM statements.
