Hear From The Expert Phyllis Reid Jarvis.

Phyllis is CEO and founder at Ultimate Potentials Corporation. With a focus on employees and organizational success, Phyllis and her team help organizations achieve their business, strategic and financial goals-through their people. By using comprehensive executive coaching principles, leadership and strategy training, Ultimate Potentials delivers services to a number of local, national, and intern:1tional organizations. 

Phyllis has had a varied and fulfilling career, which has helped her better understand the needs of organizations and their contributors. As a member of Red River College's Board of Governors, Phyllis and her colleagues' role is to support college administrators and their employees to best meet the needs of the Manitoba business community. By graduating future employees with the requisite skills and abilities, this ensures the Province of Manitoba's economy remains vibrant. 

Phyllis is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), International Coach Academy (ICA), and the American Society for Talent Development (ASTD), The Canadian Mental Health Commission, the Caribbean Women in Information Communication Committee (CWIC) and Caribbean Association of Network Telephone Operators (CANTO). 

She served for five years as a member of the Winnipeg foundation's Advisory Committee for their Nourishing Potential community program. Phyllis spent two years on the national Board of Breakfast for Learning, a project that focuses on ensuring school-aged to elementary-aged students' learning is enhanced through proper nutrition.
 
A Professional Certified Executive Coach, who holds a master's degree in public health from the University of Manitoba's Community Health Sciences Program, as well as a certified MBTI personality type practitioner, and a certified Psychological Health and Safety Workplace Advisor. Phyllis brings these varied knowledge, skills and abilities to her work with organizations and their contributors.

In her spare time, Phyllis enjoys learning about the history of ancient civilizations, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, gardening and spending quality time with family and friends.
